CFA believes it can bring collaborative business solutions to farming enterprises which will increase profitability and sustainability.  This can be achieved while maintaining the integrity and heritage of the family farm.


At its core are the development of effiency cells, and the implementation of a professional business structure with an emphasis on accountability and transparency. 

Collaborative Farming Ventures

A CFV is the structure used to combine the assets, infrastructure and skills of two or more farming businesses. This may include the addition of leased or share-farmed land as required.

Our People

John is a Nuffield Scholar and Business Manager of 'Bulla Burra', a collaborative farm in the Northern Mallee region or South Australia. Couple with 20 years of farm experience and small business management. John's study of family farming models around the world are the cornerstone of the development of CFA.

Jeff is CEO and owner of the finance broking company Riverland Lending Services. His 25 years of finacial experience of business structures is crucial to CFA and the creation of collaborative farming ventures.
